IMAGE AND SOUND RECORDINGS Image and sound recordings may not be made without consulting us first. Audio and video recordings are only permitted for the purpose of reporting. Further recordings and/or types of exploitation require the permission of the rights holder (artist, management) and of the event organiser (Reeperbahn Festival GbR). Access to locations/venues may be limited for production-related reasons. Separate registration is required to make recordings in the Elbphilharmonie. PRESS AREAS New this year: the Gibson Bus, located in the Festival Village, for all members of the press. It can be used to conduct interviews; it’s also a place to relax and unwind. Opening hours: 10:30am – 7pm. Cold drinks and coffee will be available free of charge to all members of the media. Interview dates and times can be reserved in advance (contact: Peter Klapproth, peter@headofpr.com).
The Reeperbahn Festival Lounge is open around the clock. It is located in the entrance lobby of the ARCOTEL Onyx Hamburg (Reeperbahn 1), the official Reeperbahn Festival partner hotel, and is the central meeting point for all trade and professional visitors attending the Reeperbahn Festival. The lounge also has a cloakroom (which can be used free of charge), free WLAN, electrical outlets, and public access PCs.
