Imogen Heap

In her Keynote The Diaries of a music and tech adventurist on the road, Grammy Award winner Imogen Heap will share the progress of a 12-month, 40-city technology and music tour as she meets music makers and shapers working to better seek, acknowledge and reward creators through transformative technologies.

Highlighting how innovations such as Distributed Ledger Technology, Artificial Intelligence and Virtual Reality have the potential to change the lives of music makers, this tour, through The Creative Passport – a new digital identity standard - is on a mission to helping to set the framework for a fair, vibrant and flourishing music industry.

Imogen Heap has penned tracks for movies and TV shows, produced the score for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and counts five Grammy nominations, winning one for engineering and another for her contribution to Taylor Swift’s ‘1989’.

Daniel Lieberberg

Daniel Lieberberg started his career at Marek Lieberberg Konzertagentur where he worked with many renowned artists and was responsible for booking Germany’s biggest festivals Rock am Ring/Rock im Park.

In 2002 he joined Universal Music in Berlin. Quickly expanding his responsibilities Lieberberg took over the domestic Vertigo label (2008), became a member of the Management Team (2011) and Senior Vice President of Vertigo/Capitol & Polydor/Island overlooking Universals domestic business (2014).
In January 2018 Daniel Lieberberg has been named President, Continental Europe and Africa at Sony Music Entertainment.

At the Reeperbahn Festival he will talk among other things about the importance of new markets - especially in Africa - for the European and North American music industry, the impact of new technologies in cooperation with less developed territories, the opportunities and risks involved and the strategies Sony Music will pursue in this regard in the future.

Harvey Goldsmith

Harvey Goldsmith - legendary promoter and visionary producer - has worked with most of the world’s major artists, being responsible for not only two of the world’s largest ever music events, Live Aid and Live 8 but also an astounding range of television broadcasts and charity events. He is also shortly to take on the role of theatre impresario!

Harvey has received numerous awards including a CBE in 1996, the Chevalier des Artes et Lettres from the French Minister of Culture in 2006, and more recently to celebrate The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, Harvey received the Diamond Award for his contribution to the Arts in the UK.

In his interview with Steve Blame Harvey Goldsmith will give an analysis on how investestmens are changing the live music sector and autopsy why artists gone quiet in the heydays of populism.
