Keychange kick-off in stockholm - the recap

Last week on 14 and 15 February this year's Keychange 2.0 programme kicked off in Stockholm with the first of two network meetings. Launched at Reeperbahn Festival 2017, Keychange is a trend-setting international initiative for gender equality in music, financially supported by the EU Commission.
More than 70 women and gender minority emerging artists and innovators from Europe and Canada have been selected for Keychange in receiving support and encouragement in fulfilling their artistic and industrial ambition. Scattered throughout the year will be Creative Labs and workshops amongst other exciting opportunities as well as a mentorship programme. Find out more here.

Christina Schäfers, Project Lead Keychange & Head of Arts, Word & Film Programme at Reeperbahn Festival: „I had the honour to welcome (...) amazing women and gender minority artists and innovators from several different countries to the Keychange network. (...). A highly appreciated, open and inspiring exchange in a very productive and constructive atmosphere made this meet-up enriching for everyone involved."
