Peter Lohmeyer in unusual genre and between death and life

From beyond the hereafter he functions as story-teller, contact maker and manipulator: The actor Peter Lohmeyer will talk to and play the part of a very lifelike, dead person. The figure of Wilma, the hatcher of plans is played by Milena Straube. Tim Grobe, part of the ensemble of the Deutsches Schauspielhaus for many years, plays the part of the dreaming Paul. NACH HAUSE is a pop opera. Singing and speaking acts are combined in this format. The young author Christiane Kalss (Lenz Dramatist Prize) wrote the work according to a concept of the composer Manuel Weber, whose NACH HAUSE is already the fifth theatre composition he has created. The Hamburg musician duo Janina Rockt and Catharina Boutari composed the music. NACH HAUSE will have its premiere performance on 26 September 2015 at 06.00 p.m. in concert form. There will be a further performance an 08.30 p.m. Director will be the Hamburg upcoming director Luisa Taraz.

FC St. Pauli & Reeperbahn Festival cooperating on merchandising and new venue

Our cooperation with the FC St. Pauli has resulted in two good pieces of news! Firstly: There is a merchandising article we have designed together with the FC St. Pauli and Hummel – available at our online shop, the fan shop Reeperbahn and the online fan shop of FC St. Pauli. Secondly: There is a new official venue for the Reeperbahn Festival: On Friday, 25 September, and on Saturday, 26 September, we will be guests with some exciting acts at Fanshopkultur at the fan shop of Reeperbahn. The London-based laptop composer Oscar will stage great synthie pop with ecstatic refrains, the Crooked Brothers from Winnipeg are at the other end of the sound scale with their acoustic Americana sound. Bend Sinister, who have already toured the world several times with their progressive indie rock, add irresistible keyboard tunes to their noisy guitar riffs.

Promotion and stage for young artists

The Reeperbahn Festival has always offered a platform to those musicians who are making a start in the music business.  The Haspa Music Foundation has nailed its flag to the mast of high-quality young talent promotion in Hamburg. In the course of the Reeperbahn Festival Haspa Music Foundation will once again provide a stage at the Haspa branch to prizewinning young talents. This time three duos will prove that great things can be done with little means: Touching minimalism by Gatwick, great synthie soul by Foxos and grand folk by the sister and brother act Sarah & Julian; all three are winners of the "Krach&Getöse Wettbewerbs 2015" (Noise&Racket Competition 2015).
